PRODUCTION
Our skilled staff can cater for all production requirements; from
one-offs, to long-term high-volume needs. Design changes can be
made at any time during a production run, with the minimum of
fuss or delay.
COMMISSIONING
OF SYSTEMS
We can, if required, commission any prototype or pre-production
system. After installing the system, we check the physical fit
and carry out a full, live, electrical operations check. Lastly,
we carry out any final modifications before a full production
run commences.
ON-SITE
SUPPORT
We offer a worldwide on-site support service; whether you need
an extra pair of hands to build harnesses at the last minute,
or would like track-side support at the first shakedown, during
testing, or at the event itself.

QUALITY
All of the equipment used for crimping terminals and testing assemblies
is serviced and calibrated on a regular basis; some of this work
is done in-house and the remainder by specialist companies. Our
terminating processes are continually checked using a calibrated
pull-tester.
TRAINING
Our Harness Technician training programme is unrivalled and
forms the benchmark within the industry. Training methods focus
on operations, refined over decades of harness making, that
are documented in our written Codes of Practice. We often hold
training sessions for other companies.
