Whilst continuing to apply the basic principles that have engendered priceless customer loyalty for over two decades, we continue to focus strongly on developing our product quality and service levels.

Sales of Motorsport assemblies have risen steadily since 2004, with sales of Texys sensors growing by a staggering 1750% (yes, seventeen hundred and fifty percent!) during the same period.

Total customer satisfaction remains the centrepiece of our Business Plan.

MISSION STATEMENT
To consolidate the "Tony James" name as the benchmark provider of electrical systems in the global world of motorsport. This will be achieved by offering unparalled levels of customer service, technical innovation and product quality. All of which must represent a genuine value-for-money option for our customers.

Included in our strategy to achieve these aims are;

  • Focusing on core skills to ensure delivery of top quality, value-for-money goods, at the agreed time.

CONCLUSION
We plan to continue with the structure that is now proving so successful and to develop our core activities, concentrating on improving our performance in the areas of Customer Service, Profitability and Technology. In short, we intend to enhance and develop our existing Business Plan, rather than change it.
